Kano State Schools Resumption Date 2021/2022 [APPROVED]

Kano State Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools First (1st), Second [2nd], Third (3rd) Term Resumption Date for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

The Kano state government has approved the full resumption of students in both public and private schools in the state for the commencement of 2021/2022 academic session

In view of the above all students of Boarding Schools are to resume on Sunday 12th September 2021 as against 5th September, while the Day Schools students are to resume on Monday 13th September 2021 as against 6th September as earlier announced.

Making the disclosure, the Commissioner of Education, Malam Muhammad Sanusi Said kiru said that the one week extension was aimed at normalizing the state academic calendar after series of disruptions resulted from the effect of covid 19 pandemic.

The commissioner, expressed appreciation to parents /Guardians for the support they are according to the ministry, hoping that the tempo will be sustained.
